Waldo Hechter founded Collab in the early part of 2002. Waldo has worked in the Multimedia and Web industry for the past decade and completed a degree in Digital Filmmaking in London. Waldo’s multimedia skills range from web design and development, graphic design to digital filmmaking.

His experience includes successful work in both corporate and educational settings. He has worked as client liaison manager in a corporate environment leading a web development team whilst being responsible for client relationship management and reporting to the financial director.

As a trained facilitator he has worked in both primary and secondary education on ICT and multimedia activities.  He also has experience of successfully engaging disaffected young people with moderate to severe social, emotional and behavioral difficulties in multimedia and ICT based activities.

Waldo currently divides his time between working in the City and runs Collab, a production management company, which develops multimedia products amongst others for corporate, educational and medical settings. He has worked with clients including several primary and secondary schools, the NHS, Conscire and Hill & Knowlton (Right Guard deodorant).

Waldo has a keen interest to help people develop the skills and understanding to become informed and active participants in the online environment/domains as opposed to mere consumers of online multimedia content
